Our delightful 55m2 loft is located on the third floor of an elegant period building without a lift.
Internally the apartment consists of: large living room with relaxation corner, single sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, hand blender, moka pot and kitchen utensils.
Double bedroom and bathroom with shower and bidet are located on the upper floor.
Additional services available to guests: air conditioning (1 split in the bedroom), independent heating, WIFI, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00
