In the historic area of Santo Spirito on the left bank of the river Arno, a delightful split-level apartment that can house up to 5 persons with a terrace that gives a beautiful view of the hills around the city.

On the third floor of a typically Florentine building with no elevator, this apartment is made up of an entrance, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a shower at the lower level. On the top level, there is a large living with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 beautiful terraces with sun loungers and a table. Its large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and is ideal for having dinner and relaxing on after a full day’s walk around the sights.

The apartment can house up to five adults and is ideal for two couples, a family, or a group of friends.

Self-check-in

The apartment is equipped with home automation access, you can open the street door and the apartment door in total safety and autonomy with your mobile phone. We will send you the instructions a few days before your check-in.

In the house, you will still find a bunch of keys at your disposal.
