This comfortable and typical venetian apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small residential building. The entrance is on a quiet street and all the windows overlook a wonderful canal which will excite you for sure: gondolas, coloured little boats and the emerald water right in front of you, an unforgettable show that is not to be missed!



In the apartment there are venetian wooden beams and antique furnishings which give a warm atmosphere.



The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large marble table. The couch in the living room is comfortable, if necessary becomes a bed (it’s a brand new double sofa bed). The bathroom has: window, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.



The apartment is a very spacious one bedroom apartment. Living room with kitchen and bedroom are in a single and large room. Living room and bedroom are divided by a bookcase.

The apartment is located in the district of Cannaregio. Cannaregio is a big area and the apartment is more precisely situated in the east area of the district, right in the middle of Venice and however very close to the waterbus stop F.te Nove.



The location of the apartment is excellent because very quiet and peaceful. Free of tourists, it is one of the last populated area where you can find local shops, typical bars and restaurants, traditional bakeries, greengrocers, butchers etc.



CONNECTIONS :



The apartment is 2 minutes walking (150 metres) from the waterbus stop F.te Nove. Here you can find a ticket office for information and direct connections to / from the airport, the beautiful islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello), bus and train station but also to Lido and its sandy beaches. St Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge are 10 minutes walking,



Biennale is 15 minutes walking or 20 minutes by waterbus.
