The Holiday Apartment, with air-conditioned rooms, is located on the first floor with a double bedroom, a balcony, a double bedroom with a bridge wardrobe and a kitchenette with an extendable table, TV, a window, a bathroom with a shower;
the first floor leads to the terrace, located on the upper floor, equipped with kitchen and brick barbecue, outdoor shower, table with chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers, with a small room where there is washing machine, large fridge, ironing board etc, + car pass for parking.
The rates applied do not include the tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo and the normal consumption of water, gas, light climate (E. 50.00), which must be paid upon arrival.
Reservations are made mainly from Saturday / Sunday for a week.
Check-in after 16.00, departure must be done before 10.00am, even if the times, for guests' needs, can be flexible.
N. B. the rent does NOT include the ground floor.
Casa Bouganville is suitable for a single family (2 + 2 people).
