The apartment is definitely easy to reach whatever your mean of transport is. It is situated 3 minutes walking form one of the main waterbus stop from where you can take direct connections to and from the airport, train station, parking lots and the islands.



In the apartment you will find air conditioning, independent heating and free internet wifi.



The two bathrooms are a great plus even for a couple.



The recent restorations of the apartment have brought to light the ancient wooden beams and a nice ceiling fresco now visible in one of the two bedrooms.



Design furniture and lighting together with original details makes the apartment unique.



This accommodation can host up to 6 people thanks to a new and big double sofa bed in the living area. It is provided of everything needed both for long and short term stays : 2 independent bathrooms with clean towels each of which has shower, wc, bidet, sink and mirror; 2 large bedrooms with comfortable large double beds and wardrobe; a wide living area with equipped new kitchen. The supermarket is literally behind home as well as greengrocer, bakery, butcher and other local shops. Great typical restaurants in the surroundings that we will be happy to suggest you!



LOCATION :



The apartment is located in Cannaregio district. Like many venetian people, we also chose to live here because it is a peaceful area during the night but still full of true life during the day. Good local shops, typical restaurants, easy and quick connections to the mainland are the reasons why this area is so appreciated. The main sights are quickly reachable on foot from the apartment, but if you want to rest you won’t be in the crazy crowd of the most touristic spots.



CONNECTIONS :



Literally 3 minutes walking from one of the most important waterbus stop of the city, the apartment is super well connected to the airport, the mainland and the islands. Unlike most of the waterbus stops, here you can find also a ticket office to ask info about prices and timetables. You can walk everywhere for the apartment but the closeness to a good waterbus stop will make your life easier!
