Nearest airport Alghero, 45 km. INTERIOR ACCOMMODATION: Living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, small hallway with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower. EXTERIOR ACCESSORIES: terrace covered by awning for exclusive use, with sea view. [SERVICES] Washing machine, iron, complete equipment for cooking. [CONTRACT] There is no minimum rental. We require a deposit on booking, while the final payment takes place on site. The rate includes: water, electricity and gas. Final cleaning: 50.00 Euros. Preferably: Check-in 17h30pm Check-out 11:00. Deposit: 100.00 Euros. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of bad behavior during the holidays, of a house left dirty beyond measure, and in the event that the waste has not been brought to the appropriate recycling bins. In case of cancellation of the reservation, a penalty equal to the deposit paid at the time of booking will be applied.

We inform you that the municipality of Stintino requires the payment of a tourist tax which varies from € 1 in low season, to € 1.50 in high season, per person per night, children under 14 years, disabled people are excluded and the elderly (contact me for more information).
