The apartment has a parking space inside the residence; for an additional car there is a large guarded paid parking in front of the residence.
Upstairs there is a large terrace for exclusive use with gazebo, bench, table, chairs, sink and barbecue.
The apartment is 65 square meters + 60 square meters of terrace and is located just 500 meters from the beach and is composed as follows:
