It is located on the second floor (no lift) of a very clean and respectful building, a stone's throw from the central train / bus / tramway station and the Accademia Gallery, in the historic district of San Lorenzo famous all over the world for wonderful Central Market. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the Duomo.

COMPOSITION
The apartment (about 80 square meters) can accommodate up to 5 people ; available on request a high chair and / or a cot for children.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
The apartment consists of: two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom + service bathroom, small terrace with a view (with access from the living room and kitchen).
In the first bedroom it is possible to see traces of frescoes found during the last restoration and dating back to the Liberty period.

The whole apartment is available to guests.
At your disposal a booklet with lots of useful information, rules, a map of Florence, and we will be happy to give you advice on places of interest, restaurants, and what to do to better spend your holiday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tourist tax (IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COST): €5,50 per person per night, up to a maximum of seven nights - TO BE PAID BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE THROUGH PAYPAL OR WIRE TRASFER (please ask details for your preferred payment method)

Identity documents: all guests must be registered according to Italian law and the documents of all guests must be provided ahead of time.
Check-in: from 3pm.
Check-out: before 10:00.

UTILITIES
Utilities are included for stays up to 30 nights.
In case of stays longer than thirty nights, the utilities are charged to the guest.
