Apartment of 45 square meters comfortably accommodates four people with a bedroom with a French bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

It overlooks the large internal courtyard and remains very quiet.

It is located on the first floor of a period building with a lift, not suitable for the disabled.



We are in the Torri Quadrilatero district, the heart of the historic center and of the new tourist and gastronomic tourist district of the city (inside the ZTL with free access from 20:00 to 07:00)



The interior space is organized as follows:



- LIVING AREA: Living room with double sofa bed and television, kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and various utensils.



- BEDROOM: 190 m long French bed



- BATHROOM: shower box, bidet, hairdryer and washes / dries.



- OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split air conditioning (in the living room and in the bedroom), unlimited free wifi and iron. Internal closet.



Paid parking in Piazza 8 Agosto, 5 minutes on foot.

The nearest garages are located in via Carbonara (Garage San Pietro) and in Via Valdonica (Autorimessa Piemonte).



According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Bologna, in the most characteristic district of the city. In the immediate vicinity are the most important point of historical and artistic interest, such as the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts, the famous Teatro Comunale, the characteristic old Jewish Ghetto, the Garisenda tower and the Asinelli tower (less than 2 minutes) on foot, as well as Piazza Maggiore), while Via dell'Indipendenza, known as the Bolognese shopping street, is about 300 meters away.

In the area there are also numerous restaurants, taverns, bars and cafés of all kinds as well as pharmacies, tobacconists and bakers. In addition, exactly on the corner with via delle Pescherie Vecchie there are many shops that produce and sell handmade pasta and sell local vegetables, as well as fresh fish and meat. A true paradise for lovers of Italian gastronomy.



Public transport

The apartment is located in a strategic position thanks to its proximity to Via dell'Indipendenza, where buses pass allowing easy access to every part of the city, such as the Fiera, the airport and the train station (only 15 minutes away) by walk. The bus stop in via Rizzoli allows you to reach quickly the train station (where you can take the shuttle to the airport), the Bologna Fair and the hospitals; all the monuments and points of interest of the historical center are reachable with short walks.
