The house, independent on three sides, features: an equipped garden complete with an outdoor shower and barbecue; a spacious veranda furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners; and private parking. Internally, there is a living room with a 40-inch Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, and a complete bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a room with a single bed. In the room adjacent to the single bedroom, there is a French-sized bed (letto alla francese). Hot and cold climate control is guaranteed by 3 latest-generation split air conditioners installed in 2025, ensuring maximum comfort in both the bedrooms and the living room.

The area: We are located in one of the most renowned locations in Villasimius, within a safe neighborhood consisting exclusively of houses, just a few steps from Simius beach. The street where we are located: Via Levante, is not affected by road or pedestrian traffic, as it is used only by residents to access their homes. Guests can also reach the town of Villasimius on foot with a short walk (about 1 km). The village is very lively and offers all services. It’s impossible to get bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, and the street dedicated to shopping, Sardinian craftsmanship, and traditional food shops. The town, inhabited by locals all year round, offers all the services for a holiday dedicated to fun, nightlife, and beach and recreational activities.
