Villa Smeraldo is a charming house with pool and garden, private access to the sea (rocks), equipped with all comforts, large indoor and outdoor spaces, relaxation areas, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, to accommodate up to 8 people. Swimming pool under construction, ready in May 2020.

The strength of the Emerald Villa is the marvelous sea View of the house: the terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners; the large terrace lounge with sofas and tables to relax during the day, read a book, rest lulled by the sound of the sea; the bedroom and the sea view ... the detail of the sea!
Going down on twenty steps, you will reach an outdoor terrace furnished with chaise longues for sunbathing in total relaxation and privacy
The stretch of coast where the villa is located is inside the property. Access to the sea is not particularly easy, recommended for people in full physical condition and with experience. A few meters from the house there is a public bathing facility with a platform for easy access to the sea, which we recommend to our guests.
The interior of Villa Smeraldo is elegant, spacious and bright, definitely comfortable for 8 people. When entering home, you will have the opportunity to see the sea from every corner of the house. The entrance leads to the large living room with fireplace, sofas, dining area and large windows from which you will admire the intense blue of the sea. The living room is a beautiful kitchen, with everything to cook comfortably while looking at the sea. The ground floor is also a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. Living room with TV and sofa, two double bedrooms both with private bathroom (shower) and sea view.
