Immersed in the splendid setting of Cava D’Aliga in Scicli, we offer a wonderful holiday home totally renovated in 2019 consisting of two apartments, possibly communicating with each other, able to accommodate 4 and 6 people respectively. Each housing unit has its own equipped kitchen, bathroom with large walk-in shower. Each room is also equipped with a 32 '' LED color TV, and a hot / cold inverter air conditioner. The whole structure is perfectly soundproofed and insulated from the outside by means of the latest generation thermal break windows. Directly from the fully livable verandas, it is possible to enjoy the picturesque sunsets and directly access both the free, fine and golden sand beach and the natural cliff much appreciated by fishing lovers and by those who love to enjoy the warm Sicilian sun in total relaxation.
It is useless to specify that the apartments are under video surveillance and equipped with everything, even superfluous, such as wi-fi, linen, chromotherapy in the sleeping area, hairdryer, class A washing machine, electric fan oven, fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board, shower outside, barbecue, umbrellas, deck chairs, tables and chairs both inside and on the veranda.
There are services such as bars, restaurants and pizzerias and equipped beaches and a children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the structure.

From the structure it is possible in just 5 minutes by car to visit the splendid Scicli famous for its unesco and for the TV series
