Elegant apartment of about 90 square meters is located on the third floor of a period building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled). We are in the heart of Testaccio, famous for its traditional atmosphere, for its theaters and for its young and artistic spirit.
Internally, the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a relaxation corner and a double sofa bed and a kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and mocha.
Bathroom with shower and bidet.
The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including: WiFi unlimited, air conditioning (3 split - in the bedrooms and in the living room), fan (ceiling in the living room), TV, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
