It is with great love and honor that I have the pleasure of introducing you to this new, graceful and welcoming holiday home created for you travelers but also for those who are immersed in the Sicilian hinterland.
Sicilia Bedda is the name of "baptism" if it can be so well defined, it was born in August 2019 in the heart of Pozzallo.
The house is located between Lungomare Pietrenere and Piazza delle Rimembranze, in the middle of the main streets of the city, the strong point is the location, very close to the sea and well-stocked with supermarkets, bars, bakeries, takeaways, tobacconists, restaurants, hygiene shops and health. Rich in delights you can also taste many typical and local products and delight you with tasty aperitifs as well as eating good fish by the sea.
The structure 70 m2, capacity for 4 guests with the possibility of adding a 5 (see details), includes; a double bedroom with large wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, 2 bedside tables, air conditioning / heating, safe and balcony.
A double room with 2 single beds bedside table, wardrobe, chair, air conditioning / heating and is accessible from the veranda.
One large bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, bidet and suspended bathroom cabinet with mirror and LED light.
You will find a utility room with washing machine, sink, locker, drying rack, iron and ironing board, and some cleaning products, you will not need to go to the laundromat, you will enjoy many services inside the house.
Finally we have created a unique environment between living room and kitchen equipped with sofa, TV, table and chairs, air conditioning / heating, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various flat utensils, glasses, cutlery and everything you need.
All the rooms are very bright. There is also Wi-Fi.
In addition to a relaxation corner, there is a small raised parking space on the veranda for those wishing to park inside.
Ideal for families, newlyweds and teenagers, who have the pleasure of staying in Pozzallo and visiting the Unesco heritage of Modica, Scicli, Noto and the wonderful Borgo di Marzamemi as well as Syracuse.
For those wishing to go overseas to reach Malta can do so via the hydrofoil in our port.
