The living area consists of a large living room with a reading / TV area, a dining area with a large table for 10 people and a large central fireplace (suggestive for winter stays). The living room is widely connected with a large covered terrace with a view of the sea (the villa is on the front line, 30 meters above sea level). The terrace is equipped with a dining table and deck chairs and sun loungers; to shelter from the afternoon sun, two semi-transparent roller blinds guarantee a fresh and restful stay even in the hottest hours of the afternoon. The kitchen communicates with the dining area through a door and is fully equipped and also equipped with a dishwasher and small appliances, and is adjacent to a bathroom with a washing machine and a room with a bunk bed and an additional folding bed, for children / adolescents .
The living room and the double bedroom have a heat pump.
On the first floor there is a large studio apartment, with independent access through an external staircase. In the large living room of the studio there is a particularly comfortable king-size sofa bed, a single folding bed, a dining table with 3 stools, a fully equipped kitchenette; there is also a bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower; also on this level there is a large covered terrace furnished with wicker seating and a dining table with a panoramic view of the Gulf of the Angels, which allows you to enjoy the cool of the evening and the beautiful summer sunsets. Possibility to add up to 2 additional beds for children up to two years old (max number of occupants: 4). Air conditioning with heat pump.
A private staircase leads to the sea and to a reserved area on the rocks, with space for umbrellas and chairs available for guests. Adjacent to this area is a long natural rock that creates a large natural pool ideal for children. This area of the sea is little frequented by other people even in high season and allows long periods of relaxation and refreshing swimming. The adjacent sea allows underwater fishing excursions.
Nearby, two beaches (Cannesisa and Genne'mari) easily accessible by car or on foot along the rocks (Cannesisa).
