Portion of farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside, but a few steps from the town center. The panoramic view overlooks the Aldobrandesco castle of Arcidosso. The house is located on the border between the Val d'Orcia, an area renowned for the presence of the Crete Senesi and centers of great interest such as Pienza and Montalcino, and the Maremma, known for the extensive countryside that extends to the Tyrrhenian sea. The house develops on one floor. The front door leads to the living area equipped with a wood stove, TV, comfortable armchair and sofa which can become a very comfortable double bed. To the left is the bathroom with large shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Finally the finely furnished kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, static / fan oven and coffee maker. The kitchen has an exit to the outside, from where you can easily reach the garden and the panoramic terrace, an ideal place for an aperitif at sunset, a dinner under the stars or even for relaxing in the sun on a comfortable deck chair
