The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated semi-detached villa. The apartment consists of a living area with dining room and kitchen complete with everything with oven, refrigerator and stove, the double bedroom with an additional bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom with shower and bidet. The house has a large garden with centuries-old olive grove and a small vegetable garden available to guests. In the garden, which is shared with the guests of the ground floor apartment, we have set up a barbecue.
The apartment is located just 2 km from Villa Rospigliosi and 2 km from Padule di Fucecchio and 7 km from the Via Francigena. It is located just 7 km from Vinci and Leonardo's birthplace. At 3 km you will find swimming pool, tennis court and football pitch; the bus stop is only 100m away and a bar is 500m away. At 1 km there is a small supermarket and a pizzeria.
The following tourist attractions are easily reachable: Collodi and the famous Pinocchio park, the zoo of Pistoia, Abetone, Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca.
