Finely furnished apartment, can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, enjoys every comfort such as fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, linen, and absolute tranquility. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace.

Cleaning fees include:
• clean and fresh sheets
• towels kit per guest (guest towel, hand towel, shower towel)
• guest bathroom courtesy kit
• initial and final cleaning of the apartment

Tourist tax of € 1 per guest per day (with an age equal to and greater than 12 years) up to a maximum of 10 days to be paid on the spot upon delivery of the keys!
