Boat apartment is located just over twenty meters from the fantastic beach of the second street of San Lorenzo and is the perfect family solution to spend your summer holidays. The completely independent accommodation has a pedestrian entrance leading onto a private road where it will be possible to park any own or supplied vehicles. The apartment consists of two large and air-conditioned double rooms, a large living room equipped with various comforts, a bathroom, a kitchen and a small room where to store luggage. Externally there is a large veranda with deckchairs, outdoor lounges, hammock and table tennis table. The house has two outdoor showers complete with useful boxes on returning from the sea. The veranda continues on the same floor with a lawn where you can lie down to enjoy the sun or relax in the cooler hours of the day.
