Azzurra Flat is in the heart of Bari, a few steps from the Petruzzelli theater, the railway station, the university, the promenade and the fashion streets. Walking for 10 minutes on the promenade you get to the beach "Pane ePomodoro".
Walking for 500 meters you reach the historic center, where you can visit the Basilica of San Nicola, the Cathedral of San Sabino, the Swabian Norman castle and the small alleys of the old city that smell of freshly made laundry, and where you can see the elderly housewives who prepare the famous fresh pasta "orecchiette"
The very particular design apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a newly renovated historic building and, despite being in the center, it enjoys a pleasant silence and soundproofing.
There is a double bedroom with window which has an internal view.
The living room that overlooks a small communal citrus grove, is equipped with a sofa bed possibly for a third person, a table, flat-screen TV, a small bookcase, an equipped kitchen, also with microwave and espresso machine. The balcony has a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
A comfortable bathroom with shower and bidet, complete with courtesy set.
