Business center and agritourism hospitality, Monticelli is a fifteenth century residence, welcoming and full of charm, a typical rural stone house restored preserving the original architecture characteristic of the agricultural civilization of the area but with innovative technological solutions aimed at efficient use of energy and water resources.

The complex of rural buildings, which extends on top of a hill over 500 m s. L.M. in a privileged position in front of Gubbio, it is immersed in a larger green area, with an ecological salt-water swimming pool, and is totally accessible also to disabled customers.

Inside the house offers an 80 m² apartment on 2 floors, finely furnished with fine furniture, with accommodation and overnight stay, which can accommodate 4-6 people (structure: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms , two bathrooms).

Outside, a patio-gazebo opens onto the private garden, furnished with outdoor furniture.
