Apartment with garden completely renovated in May 2019 with independent entrance about 350 meters from the beach of Tortoreto and Alba Adriatica.
The apartment is about 30 square meters but has everything that can be used to spend a carefree time at the sea. Just renovated in May 2019 in addition to the essentials (plates, dishes, towels, sheets, etc) you will have at your disposal coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
Given the presence of the small garden, pet owners can be quiet 🐱🐶
The neighborhood is very quiet but with the possibility of reaching the nightlife on foot in 5 minutes or taking advantage of the 3 bikes provided to be used on the very long bike path.
Spoiled for choice among restaurants by the sea, ice cream parlors, pizzerias and other markets.
The best way to get around Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto is by bike.
The waterfront is in fact equipped with a very long cycle path with wooden bridges that allow crossing to other neighboring municipalities.
A cycle path to the hills is planned.
At about 300 meters, on the Marconi seafront, there is a bus stop. Possibility of renting rickshaws.
