House in area of great tranquility, in a dominant position, just a few steps offers a very wide and spectacular sea view on the beaches and cliffs in the surroundings, Mal di Ventre island on the horizon. Our island has many beaches.
The accommodation
Everything in the apartment, fixtures, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, juice extractor, Nespresso coffee machine and more.

Putzu Idu. with 2 fine sandy beaches within four minutes walk.
The apartment is designed for 6 adults or children and has two large double bedrooms, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs and chairs with deck chairs.
The places Mal di ventre, Mandriola bay and S'Anea Scoada bay. The house has all the most common appliances, plus a dishwasher. The kitchen has everything needed to carry out its function.
On foot you can also go to restaurants, shops and bars which are about 4 minutes away on foot.
From June to September it is possible to go on excursions at sea, attend diving courses, rent bikes, canoes, sail boats, windsurfs, ride horses, play golf, etc.
The most convenient airport is Cagliari at 119 km; Porto Torres at 139 km and Olbia at 189 km.

The area boasts beautiful beaches each with different morphological characteristics;
salt marshes inhabited by multiple varieties of birds (flamingos), from the beach you can see the island of Mal di Ventre, Sardinia's first natural park (highly recommended visit)
In the immediate vicinity of Putzu Idu there are just as many beautiful beaches, the most famous being Is Arutas (quartz beach), always proceeding southwards is the Phoenician archaeological site of Tharros adjacent to Cape San Marco.
From Putzu Idu beach there are daily boats to the island of Mal di Ventre, there are also Diving Centers, kite and windsurf schools and canoe, raft and pedal boat rentals. There is also an equestrian center that organizes horse riding excursions.
The area of Capo Mannu, in front of the Putzu Idu beach, is internationally famous for its beautiful waves and therefore an excellent spot for windsurfing and surfing.
On the Lungomare there are bars, pizzerias and restaurants.
Car or motorbike recommended to visit the surroundings.
