The structure is located in the center of the town of San Donato di Lecce, proclaimed a city of art on February 16th 2019, a city full of cultural initiatives throughout the year. To visit the Museo della Civiltà Contadina, the Pinacoteca Comunale Pippi Vese, the Casa Museo Martina, the Palazzo Dellanos, the Chiesa Matrice and the Church of Santa Maria della Neve. The city is famous for having given birth to great soccer players of series A like Fabrizio Miccoli, Pasquale Bruno, Domenico Progna, and of series B and C as Marco Serra and Giuseppe Luceri. In San Donato di Lecce the reggae singers Sud Sound System have their headquarters. During the summer the city is always in turmoil with a full program of events, while the patron saint of San Donato is celebrated 3 times on 6/7/8, 14 and 28 August. At Christmas time, the Living Nativity is an event that brings together pilgrims from all over Italy.

The apartment was completely renovated in April 2019. Guests have access to a large kitchen, a large living room and an exceptional patio where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner with private and relaxation. A barbecue completes the availability for unforgettable barbecues with friends. The room with 3 beds is air conditioned and all the rooms have led lighting and wifi.
The structure is close to Lecce which is just 9 km away, therefore easily accessible and open to visitors. At 5 km from San Donato di Lecce on the greenhouses of Galugnano you can visit Kalòs, the archeological site of Salento, the only open-air museum in Italy. We are close to the Acaya Golf Club which is 16km away, the Galatina Military Airport is 5.5km away, the Via del Mare Stadium in Lecce 13km away and the Splash, the Gallipoli water park, is 30km away. But its greatest strength lies in being equidistant 23 km from both the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea. This gives our guests the opportunity to choose the calmest beach every day, depending on the wind.
