It is suitable for both families and young people who would like to spend a few days at the beach but also to admire the historical, artistic and culinary beauties of south-eastern Sicily. The house is in fact just a few kilometers away from the main baroque cities, in fact it is about 15 km from Modica (a famous chocolate town), 20 km from Scicli (a well-known baroque city which is also home to the set of the popular series de "Il Commissario Montalbano"), 20 km from Noto (cradle of the baroque) and from the natural reserve of Vendicari, 55 km from the city of Syracuse and the island of Ortigia, 100 km from the airport of Catania and 50 from that of Comiso.
The bedroom is air-conditioned, while the children's / kitchen bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. The summer house is composed of a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bidet, a double bedroom, two bunk beds and one with single bed, flat-screen TV and washing machine, free parking.
Outside you can enjoy a large veranda where you can relax during the summer evenings and enjoy the splendid panorama of the city and in the garden you can relax in the hottest hours of the day.
Total absence of traffic as the house is accessed from a private road.
