We are in the countryside, on the Via Francigena, 500 meters from the SP 541 and 3 km. from Colle di Val d'Elsa. The house has an independent entrance, a small garden and a terrace upstairs. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and bathroom on the ground floor, while on the first floor is the very bright bedroom and bathroom with shower. The house is located in a small cluster of houses, in the countryside but at the same time very close to the town of Colle di Val d'Elsa, where you can find supermarkets, banks, a post office and a splendid Olympic-size swimming pool.
