Villa Deneria is a characteristic and welcoming cottage surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. From Villa Deneria you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Deneria is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from San Marco di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will reach Villa Deneria from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Deneria you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; parking; linens and towels; electricity. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a small wickerwork sofa and two armchairs and with tables, chairs and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with elegant majolica tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The two dining tables can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room also has a window with a view of the greenery, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
