An apartment on two levels with a large double-height interior space. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a new elegant building located on the Scilla waterfront a few steps from the beach (less than 10 meters) and from the ancient church of the Spirito Santo (A. D. 1750 circa).

The theater is characterized by a "free" double space (about 6 meters high) which is overlooked by the living area (kitchen-dining-living room) and the three bedrooms. The large central empty space creates a very strong internal dimension of relationship in which, as in a theater, one can look and be watched, always remaining in visual contact with others.

The apartment is very "convivial", lending itself well to a family or group of friends, perfect for hosting groups of up to 6 people.

It has an independent entrance which is accessed from a pedestrian alley (vinedda); on the mezzanine floor it consists of a living room with television (open space) and a master bedroom with bathroom and double height facing; in the basement there are two bedrooms (one double and one single), a large bathroom and a large living area (kitchen-dining-living room).

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, television, washing machine, and a small room where to hang out the laundry.
