As you descend approximately 70 stairs (note: no elevator, but the climb is part of the adventure!), you’ll arrive at your private retreat, where breathtaking views and serene terraces await.



The home is designed with both comfort and privacy in mind. You enter from the top into the cozy twin beds room, which features an internal door connecting to the rest of the flat. Continue further, and you’ll find the master bedroom, a tranquil haven for relaxation. For added privacy, each bedroom can be accessed via the secondary entrance, ensuring that every guest enjoys their own space and independence.



A few steps down leads you to the heart of the home—a bright and inviting living area complete with a dining space and a well-equipped kitchen. This functional corner kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring an electric oven, a 5-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, and a dishwasher, making it perfect for preparing everything from morning espressos to gourmet dinners. Savor leisurely meals or sip local wine as the sun sets over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.



A full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located between the two floors, while the outdoor space is a true highlight. Spread across two levels, the terraces offer ample space to soak in the Mediterranean sun, enjoy al fresco dining, or simply marvel at the panoramic sea views. A half bathroom with a washer, accessible only from the terrace, adds practicality to your stay.



Step outside through the ground floor exit (the secondary access), and within just 5 minutes (and about 250 steps), you’ll find yourself immersed in the vibrant heart of Positano. Wander through its colorful streets, explore boutique shops, and indulge in the charm of local cafes. The iconic beach is a leisurely 15-minute stroll away, where you can bask in the sun or catch a ferry to Capri, Amalfi, and beyond from the bustling dock.



For those arriving by car, privately managed town garages are available about 350 meters from the property (rates vary by season and car size). However, we recommend ditching the car and embracing the ease of a car service to fully enjoy the magic of Positano without the hassle of navigating its narrow, winding streets.
