Comfortable apartment of about 70 square meters is located on the second floor of a period building with a lift (but it is not suitable for the disabled) located in the Vanchiglietta district, in the beautiful area of the Colletta park, just a few minutes from the city center and railway stations . Ideal for walking and renting bikes in the park. We are near Gradenigo and Campus Einaudi hospital
The house is very comfortable and has 5 comfortable beds.
LIVING ROOM: with relaxation corner, TV and a single folding bed (available on request)
KITCHEN: habitable with dining area, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, kitchen utensils and moka
BEDROOM 1: with double bed and wardrobe
BEDROOM 2: with two single beds, desk and wardrobe
BATHROOM: with shower and bidet;
BALCONY: cozy, equipped with chairs, offers the unique opportunity to relax outdoors during meals and whenever you want.
OTHER SERVICES: WiFi, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer.
Bed linen and towels provided upon arrival.

Guest Access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND PICK THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

Other things to highlight

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:

- between 9.30pm and 11.00pm: € 25
- between 23. 00 and 24. 00: 30 euros
- over 24. 00: euro 40
