La Brocca is a farmhouse from the 1500s, immersed in the countryside of one of the most beautiful valleys of Umbria, the Chiascio valley. On the ground floor of the property, in the spaces that once housed the ancient mount, two comfortable guest units have recently been created, with a lounge, large open fireplaces and floors of Umbrian terracotta and travertine.
The apartment of this announcement has a large double bedroom overlooking the main garden, with a table and a single sofa bed, a living room with a single bed, fireplace and kitchen area, a spacious and bright bathroom with a large floor-level shower.
The living room leads to the small patio and to the cool garden, with a barbecue corner, sunbeds, table with chairs and umbrella.
Possibility of additional beds in the rooms and in the living room, on request. (max additional 3 beds).

The pool is open during the summer from JULY 1th to September 15th, it is private and reserved for the guests of the structure. Surrounded by old trees and green lawn, it is entirely fenced. Sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels are included in the price.

On request, it is possible to rent the apartment # 2: adjacent and with independent entrance, it has two double bedrooms en suite, with shower and bathtub, a large living room with fireplaces, kitchen area, dining area and two single sofa beds.
