The house is for the exclusive use of guests, it is located 700 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sicily which extends between the archaeological park of Selinunte and Sciacca. This house has air conditioning in every room and is surrounded by a large, fully fenced private garden ideal for animals and with ample free internal parking. The house extends on the ground floor on one level, the interiors are furnished with functionality and comfort and have free wi-fi internet, LCD TV, washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine with free coffee pods, oven, fridge and freezer. The house is composed as follows: bright living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 beds, cradle for children, a bathroom, very bright kitchen with access to a veranda. On the back, the house has another large veranda with a built-in kitchen ideal for outdoor dining in absolute privacy and another bathroom, barbecue area. The house, in addition to being comfortable for reaching the splendid Lido Fiori beach (which for many years has obtained the prestigious FEE blue flag award for the quality of its waters), is ideal for exploring the interesting places in the surrounding area, such as Selinunte , Sciacca, Scala dei Turchi, Sambuca, Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Marsala, Trapani, Erice, Palermo etc. Nearby there are restaurants and supermarkets the town of Menfi is located about 3 km.
The airports of Palermo and Trapani are within an hour's drive.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed and there is also a bowl and carpet for pets in the house.
