It is located on the first floor (with elevator) in a small stately complex in a very quiet area being a private road. The apartment consists of a large open space room with kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (for large families there is a third bed available only if needed), a bathroom with shower and a corridor with large closet plus shoe rack. It ends with two balconies (one living area and one sleeping area) with a beautiful view of the city of Como.
For those who need to move in the city, I recommend moving on foot or using public transport. At 150 m from the apartment there is a bus stop to the center, on foot it is 15 minutes, while to get to the lake there are 20. From here boats leave for a nice ride on our shores. Taxi service is available 24 hours a day. Nearby is the funicular leading to Brunate, a charming mountain village from where you can admire the lake from above. Como boasts 2 stations that connect the city to Malpensa and Linate airports, as well as nearby cities such as Milan, Lugano and Varese
