Fantastic appartment in the Monti district. Studio Boschetto is located in the heart of Rome, in an area called "Rione Monti", the 1st among the Roman districts, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, the Fori Imperiali and the Roman Forum. The nearest underground station is called Cavour and is located 300 meters from the building and the small electric bus towards Piazza di Spagna or Piazza del Popolo is 50 meters away. In the area you will find typical Roman restaurants .. but also Indian, Japanese, wine bars and pizzerias. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-storey building from the 16th century, access is through a beautiful courtyard containing an ancient Roman fountain. The place is very quiet, the small common courtyard where the apartment is located is very quiet, like the neighbors. The interiors are finely decorated according to the rules of bio-ecological architecture, furnished in a warm and modern style. It is possible, on request, to have a third bed, as well as a cot / crib for a child.
The rate includes the first cleaning, bed linen and towels, something for breakfast (coffee, milk and homemade biscuits) ..... and for cooking in the pantry olive oil, salt, spices, pasta etc ..

- Check in time: from 3:00 pm if other Guests are leaving. Other alternatives to be evaluated.
- Check out time: within 10.00
- Extra Check in:
- after 08:00 PM: additional cost of € 20.00.
- after 09.00 PM: additional cost of € 30.00.
- after 10:00 PM, public Holidays, Sundays: additional cost of € 40.00.

-The Municipality of Rome announced an increase of € 2.50 / per person/ night, of the Tourist tax from 1ST October 2023. The new Tourist tax is € 6.00 /per person/ per night (excluding children under 10 years old), up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
.We kindly request Guests to pay the total fee at the time of check in in cash, after which I will send it to the local authorities. We will provide you with regular receipt.
