The house is located in the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo and overlooks the castle that gave the town its name.
On foot you can easily reach the Villa Comunale, an afternoon meeting place for young and old, and there are also bars where you can enjoy ice creams and cocktails with friends or shops for shopping. The house is 200 meters from the marina in which the fantastic marina is located, the starting point for boat trips along the coasts of wonderful places such as the Zingaro nature reserve, Scopello, S. Vito Lo Capo and point of reference to get in touch with the sea and the activity of fishermen, from which to buy fresh fish directly.
On the seafront it is possible to taste typical dishes and after dinner it offers a fantastic nightlife.
The house is very large, bright, airy and equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday.
