Villa La Gjanda, recently built on 13,000 square meters of land, enjoys an enchanting position nestled among the hills of Monte Moro.

Once past the entrance gate, you arrive at the parking lot and then at the garden where the irregularly shaped pool is located. The entrance leads into a rustic living room, from here there is access to the kitchen, but also a large veranda where daily life and the bed area take place.

This part of the house consists of three bedrooms, one double and two twin, two complete bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom, the other serving the other guests. All the rooms are equipped with doors / windows from which access is gained to the outside for greater independence. All rooms are conditioned with heat pumps.

The villa was recently built on 13,000 square meters of land between mountains and plains in a forest of uncontaminated Mediterranean scrub for which there is an air of serenity and privacy, therefore, as the villa is close to the whole of the Costa Smeralda, but far from everything we believe we offer the best solution for an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful area.
