The apartment, surrounded by greenery, is located in a quiet neighborhood of the city well connected to the historic center by two different bus lines located near the house (about 15 minutes travel time). The accommodation is also placed in an excellent position to easily reach the motorway and the Bologna Fair.
There are two large bedrooms with double bed equipped with spacious wardrobes, desks suitable for PC and laptop already equipped with office chair, central heating, chandeliers, high speed WiFi internet access, lamps, clothes hangers, bedside tables , blackout curtains, electronic shutters, mirrors, linens, memory foam cushions, towels and dustbins. The total capacity of the two rooms is four guests and an additional one on the sofa.
The accommodation includes a large kitchen equipped with everything needed in order to allow our guests to prepare their meals in total relaxation. These will have at their disposal a vast set of table cutlery, cookware, pans, cutting boards and other useful accessories. There are also several kitchen appliances such as microwave, blender, toaster and a dishwasher.
In the center of the living room there is a large table equipped with four chairs and a bench (completely handcrafted furniture) as well as a piece of furniture already equipped with a large set of dishes.
The bathroom of the structure is fully equipped with the main sanitary toilets and essentials necessary for your stay. This includes a toilet, a bidet, a built-in sink with a convenient cabinet with mirror and a shower cubicle equipped with a main jet, a handset and several hydromassage jets. The essentials, already present in the bathroom and completely free of charge, consist of: hair shampoo, body soap, hair caps, disposable glasses and toilet paper. Each bedroom is already equipped with two guest towels of different sizes.
We remind you that the apartment is equipped with programmed independent heating and services such as washing machine and dryer already equipped with products suitable for their use (soap and fabric softener).
Our guests will be provided with a detailed manual with all the information necessary to guarantee you the best possible experience in our bed and breakfast. From the objects present in the structure to the use of appliances, from the description of our services to the comforts of the area, from typical restaurants to the attractions of our city.
