The villa has one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The two bedrooms have windows and large windows overlooking the surrounding woods. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.
The modern style kitchen is well equipped, the living room has a large and panoramic window overlooking the surrounding countryside with the Mediterranean sea in the background. From the living room, a glass staircase gives access to a large space under the roof where an additional bed is available.
The whole house has been furnished with particular attention to the quality of the products, the modern style furniture is absolutely new.
For fans, an acoustic guitar is available to brighten up your holiday.
The exterior is well cared for, a large space, partly paved and partly with lawn surrounds the whole house.
The exterior is also furnished with a table and chairs, a BBQ, sofas and a chaise longue for outdoor use.
A private land of about 8000 square meters, partly olive grove and partly oak forest, surrounds the villa and guarantees the absolute privacy of the guests.

At 1.5 km, in the small village of Sant'Ambrogio you can find three restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar and a small supermarket. In addition there is the possibility, from the country, to reach the beach on foot, via stairs that lead directly to the sea.

Rates are indicative for two people and vary according to the number of people.
