Welcome to our new Stella House.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Desenzano in Piazza Cappelletti and Piazza Malvezzi, a few steps from the lake and the Old Port. The small terrace, with a table and chairs, overlooks one of these with a glimpse of the lake. A special corner to experience the atmosphere, the services and the offer of this charming town.

The accommodation
The entrance from Piazza Malvezzi is independent. From here you can access an exclusive staircase that leads to the apartment on the first floor. All the rooms are very bright. The bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet is generous in size. As are the bathroom with shower and the open-plan room with a well-stocked kitchen. Free Internet connection, WI-FI, smart TV, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. The covered parking space is 200 meters away.

Stella House is a privileged starting point and the welcoming return of day trips. At 50 meters you will find the boat mooring and the motorboat rental: experiencing the lake from the lake is an experience not to be missed and represents a convenient solution to visit the many medieval villages such as Sirmione with its famous thermal baths. The train station is 1.5 km on foot, excellent connection to reach the cities of Verona, Venice, Brescia and Milan. A 5-minute lakeside walk takes you to the equipped Desenzanino beach. In the evening, you have the choice whether to immerse yourself in the festive life of the historic center, or enjoy the last drink and the lights of the lake on the terrace.
The square below offers lively bars with outdoor tables, which is why the apartment has been equipped with soundproof windows. A bit of noise may be heard in the summer.
