I, Giosuè and my wife Katia are looking forward to meeting you and making your stay pleasant. We have put all our physical and mental efforts into renovating the apartment and making it beautiful and very comfortable for our guests. We have just started and we hope to soon become an added value for your "Roman holidays". Let us highlight that our area of the city is very close to the historic center and that, unlike the latter, it is more advantageous economically to make purchases and for the vast choice of shops.
Only 180 m. there is the metro line A "Colli Albani" 10 minutes from the Termini railway station, 15 minutes from Piazza di Spagna and the luxury shops of Via Condotti and 5 minutes from the Basilica of S. Giovanni.
We are also 350 meters from the Caffarella Park and the adjoining Appia Antica Regional Park, rich in ruins of Roman tombs and villas and the catacombs of S. Callisto. Here you can make beautiful walks on foot or by bicycle (hire fee from 9am to 7pm every day at the park entrance) immersed in the nature and history of Rome.
The holiday home is set in an urban context with food and clothing shops, two supermarkets, ample opportunity for a great meal or for a coffee / cappuccino in informal restaurants and bars, as well as pastry shops for gourmands who can taste the typical Roman sweets .
