A stone's throw from the Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Caracalla, San Giovanni. Bright and quiet apartment of 75 square meters. on the roofs of Rome, finely restored in April 2019. Living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one double with private bathroom and the other with two single beds), a master bathroom, plus a French double sofa bed. Smart TV with Netflix included, both in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. Wi Fi free with optical fiber. Check in 13-21 h. Check out 10 am

The house is located in a building with a doorman and overlooks a large garden. Outside there is a large area equipped with benches, flowers and numerous shops, bars, restaurants, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a newsagent, some frutterie and pizzerias. Only 100 mt. the famous and historic Piazza Epirus market.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating system.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and equipped with exclusive services for guests such as the Nespresso machine with pods, toaster, kettle, juicer, American coffee machine.
Welcome snacks and juices plus a bottle of good Italian wine for a stay of at least 7 nights
For the little ones: high chair, camping cot and bottle warmer.
Other services offered: safe, luggage stand and a wardrobe equipped for laundry and ironing.
Also a pillow menu to offer a tailor-made rest. For our guests you will find the Memory Royal Latex Pillow, for those who like to sleep on a lower and more compact pillow, while for those who like to sleep on a higher and softer pillow you will find the Silver Softlen Pillow and a mattress menu to personalize your own sleep. The latter are breathable, fireproof, certified by the Ministry of the Interior.
The products used for personal and household cleaning are carefully selected, biodegradable and dermatologically tested.
The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with dispensers with foam bath, shampoo and hair conditioner cream, hygienic bags, hair dryer, toilet paper, towel warmer. The large showers are 100 x 120 cm and 100 x 140 cm.
A late check-in supplement of € 15 is required from 21.00 to 24.00.
The city tax in Rome is mandatory and is € 3.50 per person per day to be paid on the spot, in cash, to the Host upon arrival.

Guests have their entire apartment at their disposal.

The Host is always available by phone, by email and through social media to respond promptly to any request.
