Attic of 45 mt2 full of sun and light, the top floor of a Venetian building of 1925, with a wooden terrace and unparalleled views of the city. It can accommodate two to four people with double bed to mirrors in the attic room and comfortable sofa bed for two more people in the living area, even if Sergio and Flavia prefer only accommodate two people or families of three / four people, in fact we prefer NOT accept two couples as the loft is small and with little privacy for four adults. Breakfast is included and self, my wife Flavia will you find in house, coffee, tea, herbal teas homemade jam, butter, bread, rusks and biscuits, yogurt and fresh fruit, and finally an aromatic Homemade brandy. Casa del Sole is equipped with private bathroom with toilet & shower & bidet, hair dryer, various soaps and courtesies bath, heating, air conditioning, Internet access with free WiFi and computer station, satellite TV Flat Screen International with more than 500 channels World accessible, Dolby surround System Sereo, small art historical library with books and guides in various foreign languages, board games and a free city map on arrival will be delivered with the most important information. In the small kitchen area is NOT allowed to cook with gas fire, but only heated foods with power tools, Microwave, Toaster, Refrigerator and Coffee machine / tea.
Casa del Sole with separate entrance, is located on the top floor but no elevator, just above our apartment where we live and thus guaranteeing our constant presence in case of further needs and / or information; still in full output range and return dates with keys provided to the Guests,
The attic is very quiet and allows you to enjoy the bright Venetian dawns on you prepared for a breakfast on the terrace, to the sound of the bells of nearby churches ... and especially the beautiful sunsets to enjoy dining by candlelight or just sipping a glass of good wine.
