All rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi. The apartment is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and does not offer parking. Before checking in, guests can park at the Talete car park, following the signs to the car park without entering the restricted traffic zone.

For those arriving by train or plane, the Syracuse train station and Catania Airport (CTA) are connected by bus and taxi. Please note the travel time for transfers: approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from Catania Airport and about 10 minutes by taxi or bus from the Syracuse train station.

Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.
