70 sqm apartment, very quiet, in an independent villa surrounded by a large wooded park called "Tenuta dei Normanni", ideal for long walks in the open air and for a stay in an elegant and relaxing environment, just ten minutes drive from the city center and five from the motorway exit / entrance.

The apartment has a large living room with a double sofa bed or two single beds, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a terrace with a table, 6 chairs and a barbecue.
It is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, TV, free wi-fi internet connection and free parking.
On request is available all the necessary for the children as crib, stroller and high chair.
The price includes the consumption of water, gas, electricity, cleaning before and after guests' arrival, a set of towels and bed linen per person. For each additional series the price is € 5.
A welcome basket containing some traditional Italian organic foods is offered, which guests will find in the apartment upon arrival.
On the roof of the building there is a large solarium in common use with shower, deck chairs and umbrellas.
