PLEASE NOTE

The municipality of Diano provides for the payment of the daily tourist tax of 1 euro per person for the first 7 days from on-site.

Sheets and towels are not included.
They can be supplied with a surcharge to be defined. Upon request, cleaning and laundry service (for a fee)

The total amount includes a deposit of 200 euros, which will be fully refunded after checking the condition of the property.
The property reserves the right to request any excess for the damage caused, exceeding the deposit paid.

Utilities included.

For winter rentals of more than 30 days, utilities are on consumption.
