In the truest heart of wonderful Sardinia, in Complex with 4 independent apartments, completed in April 2019. Located in a panoramic position over the Aritzo valley, it is immediately accessible and is 200 meters from the historic center.
- Apartment with two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area with kitchen, double sofa bed. All equipped with fireplace and pellet stove. Six beds
- Garden with cherry, chestnut, walnut and hazelnut trees, with two separate outdoor areas, each furnished with two separate barbeques and gazebos. A wood-burning oven is also available in one area. It is therefore possible to organize outdoor lunches and dinners.
All apartments are equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, toaster. All the necessary crockery is present, such as pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls and cups. The living area of each apartment is organized for six people, with table and chairs.
It is possible to get mid-week cleaning and linen change, the cost of which depends on the number of guests present.
The price is for renting the apartment for 4 people. In the case of presence up to 6 people, there is a surcharge of 15 euros per person.
Upon reservation, a kitchen service can be activated on site, including barbeques and typical roasts.
Upon reservation, you can activate excursions in the area, both environmental and cultural, and food and wine, lunches with the shepherds, and you can rent bicycles.
