I'am Sandra I just started renting my house, I am architect and I live in Prato, near Florence. This is my family's home and it's the place I've spent every summer since I was fourteen. I am sure that whoever chooses to come to my beloved home will appreciate the magnificent sea view that can be enjoyed directly from the living room, which opens with a large window on the splendid terrace that overlooks the Gulf of Salerno. The large terrace is protected by a pergola always in bloom in the spring-summer period with pink bougainvillea. The view that can be enjoyed from the terrace both day and full moon nights is unique. The house is very bright and completely immersed in the green of the garden of the Residence San Pancrazio, consisting of 25 Mediterranean-style villas each with its own independent entrance, set on the Vreca tip, immediately above the Norman tower that marks the Cape of Conca dei Marini. The residence is a successful 70s architectural intervention in which the architecture, made up of small white houses blends perfectly with the Mediterranean maquis. Inside the residence there are stone paved paths, stairways that connect the houses and small rest areas marked by low walls in which children find the ideal place to meet and play. The Residence San Pancrazio, in the Amalfi Coast, is 4 km to Amalfi and 29 to Positano. Beautiful beaches can be reached by walking along characteristic paths with stairs directly from the house. The accommodation
Villa Marina, marked as "Villa G4", is part of the Residence San Pancrazio, consisting of small single-family houses distributed on a rocky ridge called Punta Vreca that slopes towards the sea surrounded by lush vegetation. Each villa has its own entrance. The view from the terrace is from Capo Conca to Amalfi, Maiori, Capo d'Orso in Salerno and Punta Licosa in the background, which closes the Gulf of Salerno. The beach of Conca dei Marini can be reached on foot by going down the stairs of Via Marina.

Guest Access
The main entrance to the Residence is from "Via Smeraldo" (Km 25,800 of the S. S. 163 Amalfi-Positano road), but for your convenience it is necessary to use the second entrance located in Via Don Gaetano Amodio n. 26 (on the SS 163 driving from Amalfi, you will find on the right - about 20 meters before the hotel Belvedere). The second entrance of the Residence San Pancrazio is located in front of a convenient parking fee.

Interaction with guests
Upon arrival for check-in you will find the probably my brother who will welcome you while I will always be available by phone for any need. Inside the apartment information is available for the correct use of house equipment and other practical and tourist information.

Other things to highlight
The rooms of "La Terrazza" are well marked with photos and other descriptive notes. However, it is worth emphasizing the availability of: air conditioning (hot and cold), fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, LPG gas and electric cooker, toaster, iron, complete set of dishes and cutlery.
