Bright and cozy apartment located in the characteristic village of Rio nell'Elba, one of the oldest of the island, a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Ortano, Rio Marina and Cavo. Casa di Charme 3 Rio nell'Elba is located in the historic center of the village in in a quite street , in an old building that the property has completely renovated with quality materials, respecting the typical Elban style. The apartment, 45 square meters, has an independent entrance and it spreads over a single level and can accommodate up to 4 people.It consists of an elegant and spacious double bedroom, a cozy living room with dining table, a new kitchenette with stove, oven and refrigerator, TV, a new sofa that it can be transformed into a comfortable one French bed. The complete bathroom with shower makes it the rest. From the door of the living room leads to the fragrant Mediterranean garden where there is the private courtyard with the panoramic outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying a great glass of famous Elba wine! It's nice to discover romantic and quiet corners where to read and relax after a day at the beach! Together with the laundry area, the garden is shared with the other Casa di Charme 2 Rio nell'Elba. Rio nell'Elba is one of the oldest villages on Elba Island. Here you will dominate the sea from above and then decide to go down to the beach when you wish. Arriving in Rio nell'Elba for a period of relaxation means not only the sea but also walks, enchanting views, Mediterranean fragrances. The thousand paths, the wonderful beachs and the delightful villages, first of all Rio nell'Elba, will give you unforgettable emotions! Ideal for all those who love peace and relaxation after a day at the beach! The village is equipped with essential services (pharmacy, bars, small taverns) and is still close to Rio Marina where are all the services (supermarket, bars, restaurants, boat rental and equipment for diving) and where docks the direct line of the ferry from Piombino. Portoferraio, the main harbour of the island is 40 minutes by car, while Porto Azzurro, a favorite destination for lovers of shoppping and nightlife is 15 minutes only.
