Ground floor villa located in a central seaside location, about 13 minutes by car (15km) from Catania Fontanarossa Airport and just 15 minutes from the historic center. It is also 50km from the center of Syracuse and its splendid white beaches and an hour's drive from the spectacular Cavagrande Nature Reserve.
The historic center houses the Cathedral of Catania, its local markets and a few kilometers away also the Ursino Castle.
On the one hand, it is convenient to reach other historic and seaside areas such as Porto Palo, Marzamemi and Marina di Ragusa, Syracuse and Fontane Bianche, Ortigia.
On the other side it is possible to reach the slopes of Etna and the Sapienza Refuge with the neighboring towns, the beautiful Taormina, Isola Bella, Acicastello and Acitrezza, renowned tourist resorts.
Several shopping malls can be reached, the closest 15 minute drive is "Porte di Catania".
For lovers of the sea and beaches, available and 300 meters from the house, it is possible to dive into the warm waters of the Vaccarizzo-Delfino. At 2 km there is a mini market, at 1 km from the house a food bakery.
The house is perfect for families with children, for the space in front with the lawn, the slides and the games provided. The well-kept garden and its lawn on which to sunbathe welcome guests.
Inside, the clean rooms have a fully equipped kitchen-living room complete with oven, fridge with freezer, hob and sink, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a half; the sofa bed is available in the living room kitchen.
