The penthouse is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom, the other is a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. All around there is a panoramic terrace overlooking Rome. It is possible to eat outside with the barbecue. On the terrace there are play equipment for children and adults, such as table football. Outside there is a sink and a shower. Hammocks and sun beds are offered for sunbathing.

The penthouse is located and just a few minutes walk from the Basilica of San Giovanni and the Scala Santa. Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, are very close.

The neighborhood is very central, offering a very commercial street like the new Via Appia, and excellent connections to the historic center. There are many restaurants of various ethnic groups, pubs, pharmacies, cinemas and anything else you need. A grocery is just below the ground floor of the building.
San Giovanni is one of the most populated districts of Rome, characterized by the Lateran Palace and the famous Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.
Area known throughout Italy because in the main square in front of the basilica, every first May, the famous concert is held, which sees on the stage a large number of Italian and foreign musical groups.
